We have joined forces with Culver Carburetor Co. to become one big carburetor superstore. Their 65 years in business coupled with our 33+ years means that we can serve our community with more knowledge, resources, and solutions for your repair needs.
YOUR OPTIONS
Carburetor replacement:
We have a large inventory of carburetors, parts, and kits
We have carburetors for classic cars as well as for computer controlled models
We have high quality remanufactured carburetors for both domestic and foreign cars
We sell the exact carburetor for your car to ensure original equipment (OE) performance
Carburetor rebuild:
We have the knowledge and experience to service American, Japanese, and German cars, in addition to Marine applications. In most cases, we recommend rebuilding your existing carburetor due to the fact that we can see what caused your carburetor to fail, and take or recommend preventative measures. We can rebuild the carburetor separately, or you can make an appointment for complete service, which includes removal, rebuild, reinstall, and adjustments. If you are unsure of what your problem is, inquire about our diagnostic services.
THE PROCESS
Now that the latest carburetors are 35 years old, carburetor rebuilding has changed. It’s no longer a matter of throwing in a kit and calling it a rebuilt carburetor. They require much more than that. Our process includes:
Replace bushings in worn out throttle shafts
Resurface warped parts that can cause air or fuel leaks
Update carburetors that need more fuel in idle or off idle circuits
Install check valves in the power valve circuit of Holley 4-barrel carburetors
ETC.
